Betty joined Bailey Cook in June 2022. This was Betty's first role within the financial services industry, however she has a wealth of customer experience with excellent communication skills from her many years working in the retail sector and managing a busy team.
Betty has had a very positive impact in the business and has become a key team member.
(2022 was a busy year for Betty, as not only did she change her career, she also got married to Callum!)
